Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Zuplivo Enterprises (Zuplivo LLC) through any third-party marketplace on which we operate, including Amazon and eBay. In all cases, the order-specific information displayed at checkout takes precedence over the general information below.

1. Handling time

Our standard handling time is 1 business day. The vast majority of orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

2. Carriers and tracking

We use established carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, selected per order based on weight, destination, and service level. A tracking number is uploaded to the relevant marketplace for every shipment.

3. Delivery times (United States)

Standard: typically 3 – 7 business days from dispatch.
Expedited (when offered): typically 2 – 4 business days from dispatch.
Express (when offered): typically 1 – 2 business days from dispatch.
Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier capacity.

4. International delivery

Where we ship internationally, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs (where applicable) are displayed at checkout on the marketplace. Many listings include free standard shipping within the United States.

6. Order changes and address corrections

Once an order has entered fulfilment, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order if a change is needed.

7. Delays and lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@zuplivoenterprises.com or via the messaging system of the marketplace where you purchased. We will investigate with the carrier and either re-ship, refund, or otherwise resolve the issue under the applicable marketplace buyer protection program.

8. Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
