These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vendrivo.com (the “Site”) and any services made available by Zuplivo LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as “Vendrivo” (“Vendrivo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or transacting with us on a third-party marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to use the Site or place orders with us. By transacting with us, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and listings
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at the time of publication. Minor variations in packaging, color, or presentation may occur. Where a material error is identified, we reserve the right to correct the listing or cancel the affected order with a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
All consumer orders are processed via the third-party marketplace on which the order is placed (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and are subject to that marketplace’s payment, fraud, and dispute resolution policies in addition to these Terms.
5. Pricing and currency
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise on the relevant marketplace. Applicable taxes are calculated and remitted in accordance with marketplace facilitator rules and U.S. state tax law.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our shipping commitments are set out in the Shipping Policy and our returns process is set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Where you purchase on a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s buyer protection program (for example, eBay’s Money Back Guarantee or Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee) applies in addition to our own policies.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Vendrivo name and brand marks, and the underlying source — is the property of Zuplivo LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, and not to attempt to interfere with the Site’s normal operation, security, or availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuplivo LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
