3. Tax & marketplace facilitator
Zuplivo LLC holds a U.S. Employer Identification Number (EIN) and complies with applicable federal and state tax obligations. Sales tax on marketplace transactions is generally collected and remitted by the marketplace facilitator (Amazon, eBay) pursuant to state marketplace facilitator laws; we collect and remit directly where required.
4. Anti-money laundering & sanctions
